Your Dog Is Welcome Here

Find out about our hours, attendance options and vaccination requirements

When your dog needs a place to stay during the day, they're welcome at Contented Canines Dog Daycare & Training. We host dogs Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

You can choose half-day or full-day daycare. Half-day care is five hours or less, while full-day care is over five hours. Half-day time slots run from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. for morning care, and noon to 6 pm for afternoon care.

Contact us today to talk about scheduling your dog's care. For safety purposes, we separate small and large dogs into different play areas.

Get the details on attendance

There are two ways your dog can attend daycare: as a regular or as a drop-in. If you bring your dog as a regular, that means they'll come the same days and same times each week, and we'll expect them to be here.

If your dog is a drop-in, that means you'll schedule them ahead of time for the days that you would like them to attend. We ask that you call at least a day ahead of time to see if there is room for your dog. If you call the day of, we'll be less likely to have a spot, but your dog can still come if we have room. We understand emergencies come up.

If you need to cancel a day, we require notice 24 hours in advance. Call 3097566039 now to discuss our cancellation policy.

Staying on top of vaccinations keeps your dog healthy

Puppies under 6 months must have had all three Distemper/Parvo shots, typically done around 12 weeks, as well as their first rabies vaccine, usually done by four months.

Dogs 6 months and older must be current on their Rabies Vaccine and Distemper Parvo. This may show up as DP/DAP/DHPP depending on your veterinarian.

We strongly recommend that your dog takes monthly flea, tick and heartworm prevention (no flea collars). We also recommend that your dog stays current on Bordetella vaccine (kennel cough).
